Our desire as a staff is to fulfill the mission of the church: "Crossway exists to extend the glory of the Lord, to win the lost to Christ, to grow them into mature believers, and to connect them to the community of the church through service." God deserves more than we can imagine or express. As a staff, we want to make Him central in everything we do, so that He is exalted. When we pray, sing, preach, or come together in fellowship, we want it to be all about God, and His son Jesus. Our heart is to develop disciples that will serve others with the love of Christ. 

Crossway Church is an Elder led church. We believe that the Bible clearly teaches that a plurality of leadership is the best model and we have chosen to adhere to God's standard. Our belief, based on the Bible, is that the role of Elders is to protect, feed, lead, and care for the flock. We also have a very talented and Godly staff that is engaged in all of the ministries of the church. There are many others that lead in a variety of areas in our church that we are thankful for.
